MOPS exists to connect moms all over the world to a community of women, in their own neighborhoods, who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS groups are rallying women to be more honest, to feel more equipped and to find our identity by journeying alongside one another.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and by preschoolers we mean kiddos from birth through kindergarten.

The PVUMC MOPS group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from August through May, 9-11 am, in room H7 on the PVUMC campus. Moms have the chance to enjoy breakfast together while they learn from informative and meaningful speakers at each session. Quality childcare is available with a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Call the church office at 602-840-8360, ext 134, to request childcare. If you need to cancel, even at the last minute, call the number again.

PVUMC MOPS is in its second year, and each year, they have a new theme. This year, it’s “We Are Starry Eyed.” Discover how to choose wonder, hope, and kindness in all you do. Our group is faith-based and open-minded. The cost is $90 for the year, which includes a MOPS International membership.

We know we mother better together, so all moms are welcome at MOPS. From the time you get pregnant to when your kiddo is in Kindergarten, our doors are open. Join us on this journey of mommy-hood.
