The Paradise Perk Facebook page is active again, and we invite you to “Like” it if you haven’t already. The church has a page too — Paradise Valley UMC. Click here to visit. There’s a link to the Perk page there, or click here to go there directly.

The Perk page gained 30 “Likes” in just 2 days this week, with a total at 105 “Likes” today, just by inviting my friends on Facebook. The church page has also grown in “Likes,” “Reach” and “Engagement.”  Thank you all for liking the page.

Now it’s your turn to do the inviting! If you haven’t already, please invite YOUR Facebook friends to like the pages, and share posts when you find them compelling and worthy of a “Share.” We always post on Sundays, and at least one other day during the week, sometimes two or three times.

You’re also invited to stop by the Paradise Perk in person every Sunday, 9 am-1 pm, for some of the best coffee and tea in town. Shannon Curkendoll is our volunteer manager, and her whole family and a few youth assist her. She can always use more help, and more customers. All proceeds benefit Youth Ministry and Missions.

Check the Perk Facebook page weekly to see what’s new on the menu (or featured).

Feel free to comment on posts (it’s a great way to discuss what’s going on at PVUMC, our local community and the world. We also encourage you to post photos that you take on campus (you never know when you’ll catch a cactus in bloom or see a Roadrunner), and other church news on the Paradise Valley UMC page.

Thanks for helping us spread the good news via social media. If you’re on Twitter, follow @PVUMC. Pinterest? Click here.

We also have a Tumblr account and youth ministry has its own channels for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
