Christmas Celebration on the Navajo Reservation

December 3, 2016. Navajo Indian Children’s Annual Christmas Party, Leupp, Arizona. Distributing gifts and food, complete with Santa Claus and a shared meal with Navajo families. Cost $30/person (and bring gifts for children). Clint Miller, a member of PVUMC, will collect wrapped gifts after the 8 am service outside the Chapel on Sunday mornings November 6-27. Alternatively, you may drop off gifts to Brenda Smith in the church office. Clearly mark the wrapped gifts for “Faithworks” and indicate whether or not they are for a boy or a girl or gender-neutral. Also indicate the age range for your gift, i.e Preschool, age 6-8 or age 10 or up. Gifts for seniors are welcome too. Clint will happily take them to this 10th annual celebration potluck, but anyone who would like to go is welcome. Bring food to share as well as gifts for children. All gifts must be received by December 1.
