Join us for an evening of cool jazz and hot coffee on Friday, April 20, at 7 pm for a concert under the stars on the Paradise Perk patio at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church, 4455 E Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253. If the wind gets too strong, we’ll move the concert inside the Fellowship Center from the Fellowship Center patio, so don’t let the weather keep you away!
Come hear some of Phoenix’ top jazz musicians play with our featured performer, Brett Reed, a jazz vibraphonist who performs solo and as part of ensembles, specializing in contemporary and improvised music. He regularly performs as a solo percussionist, as a member of several ensembles, including Crossing 32nd Street and Skin & Bones, a percussion duo he co-founded with Terry Longshore.
Take a seat on the patio, settle back and enjoy the show on the Paradise Perk patio, while you sip hot or cold beverages and enjoy snacks from our own Paradise Perk. All proceeds benefit youth ministries and missions.
We offer free childcare with a 48-hour reservation in our Childcare Center. To reserve a spot for your child(ren), please call the church at 602-840-8360, ext 134 at least 48 hours before the event. If you need to cancel childcare, even at the last minute, please call the number again.
Our concerts are designed for all ages, and we welcome families.
Please note that we have a strict no alcohol and no smoking policy.
