Paradise Valley United Methodist Church offers a modern worship service at 11 am every Sunday morning. For the month of April, through Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019, the service is moving from the smaller chapel to the larger sanctuary in anticipation of larger attendance and a more open atmosphere.

Same great music, same great leadership, just a new space!

You’re invited to come at 11 am any Sunday in April except for the last one (more on that below). The service kicks off with the band. Learn some of the lyrics and hear the music they’ll play on Sunday, April 7, 2019, by heading to YouTube, where Pastor Christopher Wurpts has posted the setlist for worship:

Pastor Christopher Wurpts preaches most Sundays and communion is offered nearly every week too. See the Upcoming Sermons page on our website for worship series topics, sermon titles, and scriptures. Listen to Previous Sermons too!

Children are welcome at all worship services, but there is a Godly Play class available for younger children if you prefer at 11 am. Our childcare center is open every Sunday for all worship services (see our campus map to find out where everything is). Sunday School classes for all ages meet at 9:30 am.

Join Ignite for Modern worship at 11 am in the sanctuary nearly every Sunday in April, including Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019.

On the last Sunday, on April 28, AFTER Easter, we’ll combine all three of our worship services into ONE. Meet us at 9:30 am at the Fellowship Center for a worship service in the Fellowship Center followed by a family-friendly picnic with lawn games, board games, bounce houses, an obstacle course, food trucks (FREE!), ice cream and fun!

Are you on Facebook? If you are, check out the PVUMC IGNITE Facebook group and “like” and/or “Follow” the Paradise Valley UMC Facebook page so you can stay engaged all week long! We’re active on Instagram too @pvumc.

Email Pastor Christopher Wurpts with any questions you have about Ignite or just come and see what it’s like.
