The PVUMC Foundation is an important part of financial stability for future ministry here at PVUMC. Our Foundation supports special projects outside of our church budget, including scholarships, capital and building needs, and missional opportunities to reach out to our community and world. Our Foundation has provided scholarships to seminary students, supported the training of Stephen Ministers in our church, and helped to underwrite the cost of lectures and special events that bring newcomers to our church, enrich faith and address issues for building healthy families, marriages and parenting.

The foundation is able to receive:

Outright gifts such as cash, stocks, and bonds

Life Insurance can be gifted to the Foundation by naming it as both the owner and beneficiary of your policy

Life Income Gifts that provide you with immediate income tax deductions as well as lifetime income. The remainder of such gifts reverts to the Foundation upon your death. Examples include gift annuities, charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder unitrusts and more.
