You don’t need the book to come to worship, of course, but it may help you go deeper and the book costs just $6. Renovate, which the Young Adults are studying on Sundays at 12:30 pm in G2, the church library. E-books are available online for each series.

Join us Sunday morning for worship and hear more about the Good Life at PVUMC. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 14. Pick up a winter/spring 2018 Journeys small groups at PVUMC guidebook Sunday, and stop by the Learning and Living table on the patio before or after worship to browse through the Lenten study books the clergy are recommending for church-wide study. Which Way Lord? by Robert Fuquay costs $6. Renovate, which the Young Adults will follow beginning February 11, on Sundays at 12:30 pm in H1, costs $10. Guidebooks are free.

Lent 2018: Weekend Experiences

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Join us for services at 12 noon in the chapel or at 6:30 pm in the sanctuary. PVUMC offers several Lenten experiences on Sunday mornings and two church-wide Lenten book studies. You’re invited to join a Journeys small group anytime during the season. Books cost $6 and $10 and are available in the church office during the week or after worship on the patio on Sunday mornings.

We take time to remember how Jesus struggled and suffered in the days leading up to his crucifixion, how he was tempted and how he was human, just like us. Take time to renovate your life this season, and to discover God’s purpose for you. Join a small group study at PVUMC.

Renovate Your Life During Lent 2018

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, which falls on Valentine’s Day this year: February 14. 2018. The church offers two church-wide book studies as part of the Journeys small groups at pvumc program. Find a group you can study with and pick up your book from the church office or on Sunday mornings through February 11.
